His mom believed in fresh meals made with farm-fresh ingredients that brought people together, and those values became the foundation of Dottie’s life in the kitchen. With second-generation French culinary roots in the family, she was introduced early to the idea that cooking was not a task, but an expression of love.
Dottie refined her skills, experimented with recipes, and developed an eye for creating meals that balance flavor with nutrition. Today, the spirit of her cooking lives on through Dottie Foods.
